The Real Edge Retreat

The perspective you crave,

but can't access from inside it.

Three days on the water. Space to hear what speed drowns out. Clarity you can trust.

Squam Lake, Holderness, NH |  June & September 2026

I came running on cortisol and performing my way through exhaustion. I left with real energy and a way of leading that my team felt immediately.

You arrive carrying everything.
You leave knowing what's actually yours.

And the clarity follows you home.

What Becomes Available

You are here to hear what the noise and speed have drowned out.

Perspective

There is a persistent fog that comes with leading at this level. Here, you step back far enough to see the whole picture. Not because someone hands you a framework. Because stillness lets your own thinking surface.

Energy

Most leaders mistake activation for aliveness. Running on cortisol and calling it commitment. Here, you feel the difference. Energy that does not require an emergency. Your body remembers what it feels like to be genuinely alive, not just on.

Honesty

It can be lonely at the top. Often, the conversations you crave most are the ones you cannot have. Here, there is relief in saying what is actually true and having someone meet you there.

Clarity

The discomfort you have been numbing is data. When you stay with the tension instead of trying to solve it, the fog clears. You see what is actually happening, rather than what is urgent. This is where real clarity begins.

Your Guide

Dr. Camille Preston

PhD in Psychology  |  APA International Best Dissertation Award  |  Adjunct Faculty, Center for Creative Leadership

Camille is a business psychologist, executive coach, strategic advisor, and a closet nerd who lights up when neuroscience confirms what her gut already knew.

She holds a doctorate in psychology and has spent 20+ years working with C-suite leaders at Google, GE, Novartis, Fidelity, and over 100 other organizations. What makes her different is agility. The psychologist who names the pattern you have been living inside of. The strategist who sees three moves ahead. The coach whose one question stops you mid-sentence. Or simply the person across the table who says: I don’t think you were joking when you said that.

At this retreat, every participant gets individual time with Camille. Not broad-brush group coaching. A business psychologist, seeing your specific situation with fresh eyes.

This Might Sound Familiar

●  Successful by every external measure, and yet something essential has gone quiet inside.

●  Making decisions faster than ever. Trusting them less.

●  The exhaustion is not from working too hard. It is from carrying too much for too long.

●  Something is shifting (in your role, your organization, or in you) and the old playbook is not helping.

●  You are between who you have been and who you are becoming (and no one has the context).

“Camille was vital to my growth during the most tumultuous year of my life. I immediately felt I was talking to someone who cared about me versus someone putting me through a corporate coaching process.”

Spacious by Design

The lake, the trails, the old growth forest, and the long New Hampshire evenings do the first layer of work. Intimate by design. A brief conversation with Camille ensures the right people in the room, because who you are alongside matters as much as the work itself.

Three Days

You arrive carrying everything. You leave clear.

DAY ONE

Arrive & Exhale

You arrive carrying speed and demands. The lake begins the work before anyone says a word. Morning opening with Camille. Afternoon on the trails or water. Evening around the table.

Your nervous system starts to remember what it feels like to not be on.

DAY TWO

Descend & Listen

The heart of the retreat. After 24 hours of deceleration, the real conversations become more possible. Facilitated work with Camille. Individual coaching. Spacious midday on the lake.

The evening goes deeper because the group has earned it.

DAY THREE

Integrate & Return

Morning integration session. What shifted? What do you now know in your body?

You leave with clarity and focus you can trust.

“It wasn’t just my organization and work life that thrived; my family life improved, too. Coaching with Camille changed my life in every way.”
